Our story
From welcoming guests to finding them homes
HomeHellas grew out of Solunski Zen, a rental-management brand we have been running in Northern Greece for over a decade. Over the years, we noticed a pattern: guests from Serbia, Germany, France and beyond, who came for a week, kept asking the same question: "How do I buy here?"
They wanted properties for retirement, family holidays, or pure investment. But the process felt foreign: different language, different legal system, hidden costs. They needed someone who understood both sides.
That is what HomeHellas does. We are not a generic portal. We hand-pick each property, photograph it ourselves, verify the paperwork with our in-house lawyer, and walk you through the entire purchase, from first viewing to land registry. In your language. With the costs upfront.

We propose 5-10 properties matching your criteria. You pick the ones to see. We arrange a 1-3 day visiting trip.

Due diligence
Once you choose, our lawyer verifies ownership, mortgages, building permits. Our engineer inspects the structure.

Negotiation & contracts
We negotiate price on your behalf, draft the preliminary contract, manage the deposit, prepare the notary documents.

Closing & beyond
Sign at notary, register at land registry, file the first ENFIA tax declaration. If desired, we handle rental management long-term.
